• Table plan seating cards are available in 3 sizes A6 (105mm x 148mm), A5 (148mm x 210mm) or 5 x 7 Inches (120mm x 180mm)
• Select the quantity of cards required from the drop down box.
• Order the number of tables you require. Eg: If you have 10 tables and a top table please order x11 in the drop down box.
• We can replace the table numbers with Table names if you would prefer.
• The listing is for the cards only, frame, ribbon and pegs are not included.
• All metallic colours are matt printed not foil.
• Please add an email address in the personalisation box. We will contact you 1 working day after purchase for details.
• A proof will be sent to you 2-3 working days after we have received the information.
• Order will not be printed until personalisation has been approved

Proofing

What happens next?

Once we have received your personalisation we will create your order and provide you with a proof to review prior to printing, via the email address left at checkout. This is usually within 1-2 working days.

Please ensure you check through the proof carefully and let us know if any changes need to be made.

Once you have approved the proof we will put your order into production at this point not further changes can be made without incurring additional costs.

Production & Dispatch

How long does production & dispatch take?

Once the proof has been approved with we begin production of your order. This typically takes 2-3 days.

We suggest ordering 2-3 weeks before event date to ensure we have enough time for the proofing processing. If you need you item in a hurry please contact us to ensure we are able to meet your deadline before placing your order.

Shipping

UK Orders

All of our orders are shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class. Please allow 2-3 days from dispatch to receive your order. We will send you a notification when your order has been dispatched.
