• Order of Service are sold in multiples of 10.
• Each order of service is an A4 folded in half to create an A5 booklet. 8 & 12 page booklets will be stapled to secure pages together
• Front and back cover only, is available if you wish to print your own inside pages. Please contact us for a quote.
• In the 4 Page booklet there are 4 pages in total, one for front cover then 3 additional sides for your own text.
• In the 8 Page booklet there are 8 pages in total, one for front cover then 7 additional sides for for your own text.
• In the 12 Page booklet there are 8 pages in total, one for front cover then 11 additional sides for for your own text.
• All metallic colours are matt printed not foil
• Once you have placed you order we will contact you via the email address provided to gather information needed.
• A proof will be created and shared with you for you to review prior to printing.
• Order will not be printed until personalisation has been approved.

How To Personalise

Please enter an email address when placing your order to allow us to contact you to gather the personalisation required.

Alternatively you can email your personalisation through to us at hello@pmprinted.co.uk. When emailing please state your name and order number to allow us to locate you.

Proofing

What happens next?

Once we have received your personalisation we will create your order and provide you with a proof to review prior to printing, via the email address left at checkout. This is usually within 1 -2 working days.

Please ensure you check through the proof carefully and let us know if any changes need to be made.

Once you have approved the proof we will put your order into production at this point no further changes can be made without incurring additional costs.

Production & Dispatch

How long does production & dispatch take?

Once the proof has been approved with we will begin production of your order. This typically takes 2-3 days.

We suggest ordering at least 2-3 weeks before the event date to ensure we have enough time for the proofing processing. If you need your item in a hurry please contact us to ensure we are able to meet your deadline before placing your order.

Shipping

UK Orders

All of our orders are shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class. Please allow 2-3 days from dispatch to receive your order. We will send you a notification when your order has been dispatched.
